I consider myself a mid-life learner who embraces challenges and strives for continuous improvement. Through personal and professional experience, I've learned the importance of self-worth and embracing imperfection.
To become better not complacent.
I have gone through times of hardship, confusion, and loneliness. With the hardest times being when I hid behind insecurities the most.
And just like cracks in the wall, they became more apparent the longer they were left unaddressed.
Fortunately though, I have been able to immerse myself in the mentoring, coaching, and consulting fields for many years. But theory is best applied with action.

I leverage my expertise in program development, trust-based relationships, strategic planning, and mentorship to guide individuals and organizations towards success
I am also an award-winning mentor with extensive community service experience including board leadership, committee involvements, speaking engagements and asset based group conversations.
